• To conduct workshop with client to gather the business process and translate to system process
• To use the process & function understanding to derive the technical requirements
• To use the technical requirements to derive the technology required for frontend and backend thereafter derive the function architecture, application architecture and technical architecture
• To lead a workstream or lead a project
• To develop the code framework for any project and onboard the developers to use the same code framework
• To manage the team of developers and guiding the team when they hit with issues
• To be able to optimise code and review code
• To develop application using pro code or low code and Generative AI powered application
• To support in pre-sales solutioning and involve in the delivery
• To be well-versed with CICD process and SDLC
