QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or diploma in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (essential).
- 8+ years of proven experience in a marketing or brand management role, with a strong track record of driving results (essential).
- 8+ years’ experience managing traditional and digital media campaigns (essential).
- Strong retail or e-commerce knowledge and experience (essential).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the media landscape within the broader retail industry – (essential).
- Project management experience overseeing strategic business initiatives (essential).
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of South Africa’s retail industry and consumer behavior trends (essential).
- Proficiency in digital marketing including social media platforms.
- Experience in budget planning and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
