For this position, we are looking for a person with a strong ability to work in a group and an innovation mindset. You have proven experience as a Digital Consultant (Digital Communication & Transformation expert), and a good understanding and knowledge of the IT Delivery environment.
You have demonstrated experience in understanding stakeholders’ needs, and you have considerable expertise in identifying and designing new business service opportunities.
As a digital enabler, you know how to promote strategic partnerships to maximize value creation. You have also a strong knowledge of digital platforms and a deep interest in new digital products.
You are eager to have an impact in and to support business needs. You are comfortable in working in an Agile environment.
Data, quality & reporting familiarity is a nice to have as you will have to support projects in these fields.
You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to work according to prioritization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Senior Digital Consultant, you will support the Digital Transformation and the Communication of the IT Performance Management Team and maximize the value creation there.
You will be part of the IT Performance Management Team. This organization is gathering professionals in performance analytics and data / KPI / reports certifications using platforms such as Power Bi or ServiceNow and expertise in architecture who are defining and supporting a healthy and sustainable development of our IT ecosystem.
Your main mission within this team will be to support the success of the digital transformation projects, services, and products.
For this position we put a high focus on interpersonal skills and attitude. You are passionate about people, customer value and digital transformation. You are highly skilled in communication and are well structured.

• Provide high expertise on transformation, change to product teams.
• Provide high expertise on how to increase business knowledge and how to define and build efficient and valuable partnerships.
• Implement new concepts within the company and help transform the ways in which the organization operates.
• Support communication in connection to the team’s Deliveries towards business and stakeholders
• Communicate changes to get the organization and teams’ commitment with the business purpose.
• Research and analyze the market to identify emerging partnership opportunities to target digital businesses that reflect strategic value.
• Develop and implement a Partnership strategy.
• Advice on how to utilize our data assets and other products.
• Animate a community and manage communication Forums
• Discover new ways for businesses to create high value on services and attract new opportunities by evaluating the current strategy
