Description:

We pride ourselves on our creativity, responsiveness and the dynamic way in which we have developed the communications service we provide. We are delighted to have been finalists in a variety of national communications awards.
This is an exciting time to join us as we work towards our new hospital and achieving a modern, integrated and outstanding organisation. We are keen to use our digital platforms as part of this transformation. The digital communications lead role offers great opportunities to develop the digital communications agenda at PAHT. We are looking for a talented communications professional with excellent digital skills, who will be committed to putting our patients at the heart of all we do.
The digital communications lead is responsible for leading, planning, developing and advising on all corporate digital communications platforms. They will have a lead responsibility to maximise our digital presence, including digital campaigns. They will be a confident videographer, video editor, photographer, a creative desktop designer (graphic design software e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva) and a strong copywriter, to create a mixed portfolio of messages and assets through our website, extranet and social media channels.
They will lead on ensuring that our digital platforms engage our audiences, develop, continually improve and are aligned to changing digital trends. They will use platform analytics and user feedback to measure performance and continuously enhance our digital content. They will already be working in a senior digital communications role and will also have extensive social media management experience. They will be experienced in developing and delivering digital communications strategies. The role is strongly operational and creative, based on a strategic understanding and drive.
