Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Content Co-ordinator/Graphic Designer will work under the Group Marketing Manager to produce engaging digital content and marketing media for Bachrach Naumburger Group’s brand divisions. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, managing social media platforms and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-ordinate/design/produce print production requirements of the Group as required including brochures, magazines, catalogues, posters, press advertising etc. within brand and style guide guidelines.
  • Development of social media presence and strategy e.g. Facebook, Instagram
  • Weekly updates to group websites with retailer and company content
  • Development and maintenance of digital promotions
  • Reporting of social media performance
  • Monitoring of social media for critical issues
  • Schedule content on the Centre’s LED signs, ensuring that content is updated in a timely and relevant manner to maximise Centre traffic
  • Co-ordination of retailer content across all centres
  • Support Seasonal Campaigns with relevant assets in relation to annual Retailer Marketing Calendar.
  • Co-ordinate photo shoots, media bookings and advertising schedules.
  • Use digital analysis tools undertake market research as required for ongoing development on the company’s online and digital strategy consumer needs, wants, attitudes, demographics, economic status, trends and activities

To succeed in this role, you will be a creative and detail orientated professional with a passion for digital content creation and graphic design. You are driven by your passion to create effective and relatable media, have sound time management skills and an ability to work autonomously. In addition, you will ideally possess the following skils, attributes and experience:

  • A high level of professional standard, backed by relevant graphic design certification
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience using Meta Business Manager and creation of social media content
  • Knowledge of website applications (Compco and WordPress advantageous)
  • Strong communication and writing skills with excellent language and editing ability
  • A hands-on approach and ability to interact with a diverse range of peopl
