About the Role
As Digital Content Editor, you will be working to establish processes for content conversion, publishing, and maintenance. Additionally, you will play a vital role in implementing improvements to editorial and reporting functionality and processes. You will also assist with the editorial implementation of large-scale content projects.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the coordination and optimization of digital content production across various platforms and channels.
  • Collaborating cross-functional teams to analyze complex requests and developing strategic solutions.
  • Managing and maintaining content integrity and consistency across multiple content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilizing advanced HTML, CSS, and programming knowledge to customize and troubleshoot content as needed.
  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and platform tools, proactively learning and implementing new techniques to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline content processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital content editing and communications coordination within the e-commerce or technology sector
  • Able to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly and proficient in content management systems such as OpenText and Magento
  • Able to analyze complex requests and develop strategic solutions.
  • Show the ability to customize and troubleshoot content effectively, has solid knowledge of programming concept
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between cross-functional teams
  • Prove to be results driven and leading successful content initiatives in a busy, deadline-driven environment
