Description:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 2 years of digital or brand marketing experience
  • Understanding of digital content production processes and specifications
  • Versatile digital knowledge/ strong leadership skills to engage and facilitate multiple streams
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, including internal cross function teams, overseas teams, and external support
  • Project management experience

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent (English) communication skills
  • Ability to work agile, while paying close attention to details
  • Proficiency in managing multi-layer processes
  • Creative sensitivity

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of CE (Central Europe) Digital Performance Team and will be responsible for digital toolkits creation across CE, managing team of executives and cross functional cooperation.
Reports to: Area Senior Performance Manager
Geographic Scope: Central Europe

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Be at the heart of all new product implementations
  • Identify digital content needs in close coop. with Category Teams
  • Be the owner of the CE Digital Cycle Plan
  • Drives content development process and its optimizations
  • Securing great cooperation & smooth WoW with BEAT studio & Cat. Teams
  • Optimizing content production and priorities
  • Guarding content quality and its distribution- finding more synergies across countries
  • Orchestrating all CE digital streams on a brief (req.) and deliverables level
  • Supervise digital toolkits development and local executions through effective stakeholder management, to ensure all assets are in line with IBG/ Cat. Teams guidelines & digital best practices.
  • Manage content creation budget and analyze the cost efficiency and effectiveness.
