• 10+ years in core Engineering fields.
• A proven record of accomplishment in R&D services or solutions business
• Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical, Electronics, or Information Technologies will be preferable.
• Advanced knowledge of the digital manufacturing market, competitors, and offerings
• Experience in OT and/or Engineering IT (PLM, MES, IoT, Digital Twin, Digital Simulation).
• Expertise on one of the major ISV platforms (Siemens, PTC, Dassault, AVEVA and equivalent) is ideal.
• Entrepreneurial and autonomous spirit
