Tasks

• Candidate should have very good understanding of Aircraft structure
• Should have very good understanding of Aircraft production methods and processes.
• Should have very good understanding of Airbus methods and processes.
• Should have experience of working on Design activities and creation of drawing sets for SA family.
• Should be able to act as an interface between the Design office and the Manufacturing/ Quality assurance
• Experience of working on Digital Control Plan activities for SA family would be an added advantage.
• Able to identify & provide the engineering key characteristics of a design solution (DS) for creation of the Digital Control Plan for SA FAL autonomously.
• Should have very good knowledge on different ATA chapters (ATA53, ATA 57, ATA 92 etc.).
• Should have knowledge on Frontier drawings and Standard Operating Instructions (SOI’s)
• Prior Experience of working on NC assessment, Concessions & shop floor support activities for SA FAL would be an added advantage.
• Should have below necessary AIRBUS logins/Tools / Certification
• AIRNav, Zamiz/AIRINA
• VPM training certificate for SA
• Gilda understanding
• Taksy certificate will be added advantage
• Catia V5/ methods training etc.
• SAP PAC & SAP PDA/PEA certificate is an added advantage
• CATIAv5, VPM, GILDA, TAKSY, Zamiz/ AIRINA, AIRNav, Normaster.
• Any other additional AIRBUS tools like SAP (PAC / PDA/ PEA) would be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Able to work to tight, demanding deadlines and customer demands.
• Bi-lingual skills (German and English) are mandatory
• German Read & Write mandatory (Working professional Level) - mandatory
• Candidate should already live and work in Germany
