We’re looking for a passionate and talented UX Copywriter; this is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a flair for writing and a love for tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create captivating, engaging copy for customers across UX journeys
  • Ensure all website copy presents an accurate overview of the brand and is aligned to tone guidelines and compliance
  • Support with promotional copy for digital led events
  • Work alongside other copywriters and align on actions, priorities and deliverables
  • Work with a range of teams across the company in particular UX architects and UI designers to ensure copy and design elements are aligned and work in harmony
  • Work with the wider Product Development, Brand / Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure that copy is developed appropriately and delivered effectively across omni-channel
  • Present digital copy to stakeholders to gather feedback & sign off

Skills/Experience required:

  • Strong understanding of writing with user experience and usability in mind
  • Understanding of E-commerce copy writing tone
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and take a proactive approach
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding eye for detail
  • Passion for technology
  • Experience using Jira or Trello to track workload and priorities
  • Experience of researching messaging and copy with audiences
  • Basic understanding of writing copy for SEO purposes
  • Ability to match the brand’s tone of voice and/or follow a style guide

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working with off-shore teams
  • Experience within an e-Commerce environment
  • Experience using Zeplin and Figma would be beneficial
  • Ability to take a holistic approach to writing
