JOB SUMMARY:

To perform all duties as designated by Marketing and be able to carry out the functions of the department independently and without prejudice.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Digital Marketing Campaign Management – helps strategize, implement, monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and media buys across channels including social media, display, website, email, search and CRM.
  • Measures, analyzes and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals and KPIs for brand awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty.
  • Helps with community management, lead generation and compilation.
  • Ensures quality and creation of content based on the frequency set by the company.
  • Identifies trends, insights and optimizes spend and performance.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners in developing and evaluating digital campaigns, making sure a seamless end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Performs assigned administrative tasks in relation with the digital marketing campaign development and internal compliance.
