Description:

MECCA Brands is looking for a Digital Delivery Manager who is proficient in digital product delivery and is a champion of agile values, principles, and ways of working to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As we continue to put the customer at the forefront of our growth strategy, the Digital Delivery Manager will be passionate about helping our cross-functional product teams achieve their mission to help our customers look, feel and most importantly be their best. The Digital Delivery Manager will play a key role in helping our newly formed digital product teams to continuously deliver value to our customers, and continuously improve the way they do it.
The Role You Could Play
Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, MECCA Brands is looking for an exceptional leader to take on this opportunity as our Digital Delivery Manager. You will lead and coach squads to enhance their ways of working through Agile adoption and implementation, facilitate short- and long-term planning and support the product team through squad delivery to achieve roadmap goals and continuous delivery of value. Using your collaborative mindset plus experience in agile ways of working and values, you will lead squads to become self-organising and high performing.
What You Will Bring
You will be a certified Scrum Master in Agile delivery and have previous experience as a Delivery Manager, leading multiple small to medium sized teams. Experience working in the IT and Digital landscapes leading delivery of digital product and project initiatives is also essential.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional experience in delivering digital initiatives as part of a high performing agile team.
  • Strong experiencing in creating and implementing agile frameworks across multiple squads.
  • Strong systems experience and proficiency in Atlassian product suite.
  • Experience managing initiatives using Scrum or Kanban through Agile methodologies.
  • Engaged in planning, analysis, and implementation phases.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating complex interdependent teams and software releases.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative and thrives working within cross-functional teams, and with the broader organisation
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment.
