ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist the Graphic Design team with achieving the workload including artwork for various communications and marketing but primarily the digital design workload for various online and digital applications.
• To work alongside the marketing colleagues within the team to create advertising material as required.
• To design zoo E-letters for various subject matters targeted at a variety of markets.
• To assist with the website design maintenance and development.
• To share ideas to assist with theming and design to strengthen the brand.
• Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding artwork.
• Assisting with marketing communications.
• Contribute and share ideas.
• Helping to maintain the photo and video library for fresh imagery.
• General filing and organisation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A qualification and experience in graphic design
• A keen interest in digital marketing
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Work effectively and efficiently to deadlines
• Good knowledge of Adobe Suite design software
• Creative and able to use their own initiative
• Open to new and different ways of working
• Happy to work more hours if required to do so
• Able to work as part of a team as well as individually
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Organised and able to multi task
• Passionate about their work
• Experience in video editing and photography desirable
• Experience using a variety of different CMS platforms desirable
