MANDATORY HARD SKILLS

• Fluent English;
• Graduate in Art/Design or something related;
• Previous experience as a digital designer for a B2B software company;
• Working portfolio and/or 2+ years of design experience;
• Understanding and experience with Adobe CC - Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma;
• Understanding Microsoft PowerPoint templates and how to create baseline templates that scale with the team;
• Previous experience working in a team environment.

DESIRABLE HARD SKILLS

• Knowledge of After Effects;
• Knowledge of Webflow;
• Video editing skills.

• You’ll be responsible for delivering your tasks on time in order not to delay the work of other team members. If there are blockers or new priority requests that take precedence, communicate with those involved/impacted and re-prio accordingly (we work on 2-week sprints);
• We run a lot of events and webinars, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders for design briefs and delivering and maintaining creative packs for each initiative;
• Work with various team members to support the creation of whitepapers, eBooks and blog posts;
• Collaborate with product marketing on visuals that strategically showcase the value of our solutions for our ICP (ideal customer profile);
• Design new and maintain existing web page templates and specific visual assets;
• Deeply understand our platform, solutions, use cases and customers in order to create visuals that accurately complement and enhance our messaging across all assets;
• Create and maintain presentation templates that stand the test of time when used by multiple team members with varied design skills;
• Support team members with specific presentation design requirements;
• Support People team with employer branding initiatives;
• Create email templates, email banners and social media content that improve conversions.
