POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the National Vice President of Marketing, the Digital Development Project Manager will be responsible for managing the creative, strategic and technical aspects of web projects. The bilingual incumbent will be responsible for the structure of the department, budget management and development, while aiming for the business objectives of Cogir residences across Canada. He/she will play a crucial role in the development and evolution of website interfaces and the digital ecosystem. Supervise and coach the digital agency as well as team members to successfully complete various digital projects within defined deadlines and budgets

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development project management
  • Passion for current and future web trends.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in UX or UI (desirable).
  • Coding experience (desirable). Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript. Knowledge of the Adobe Première Pro suite.
  • Experience in e-commerce, showcase sites, intranets, analytics, SEO.
  • Bilingual French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

  • Apply project management principles, organize work sprints, internal meetings and code audits.
  • Carry out constant follow-up with the teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, designers and external developers to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Continually manage web projects while respecting the budget and coordinating teams.
  • Develop plans and timelines aligned with project expectations and objectives, participate in the evaluation of quotes.
  • Effectively communicate technical constraints and requirements to the team.
  • Ensure the profitability of projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guarantee the high quality of deliverables.
  • Manage invoicing for web projects.
  • Participate in content integration during peak periods.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimize project outcomes.
