  • Own end to end email campaign process including deployment – coding html emails – traffic management of intake tasks to junior employees
  • Candidate will drive efficiency and transform bank’s Wealth Management’s email channel through automation while leading a team of subject matter experts
  • Working with marketing partners in different areas of Wealth Management, you will optimize email creative and ensure the enablement and delivery of dynamic, automated and personalized messages to advisors and clients
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HTML coding skills and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, coupled with a deep understanding and interest in the quirks and limitations of email environments
  • Establish a comprehensive email campaign calendar that consolidates schedules across various lines of business, ensuring a holistic view of resource allocation and enabling efficient processing of intake requests for direct reports
  • Own and maintain project management platforms such as Jira to organize tasks, deadlines, and priorities, enabling streamlined collaboration among multiple direct reports in various time zones
  • Handle the execution of email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including day-to-day operations such as email development, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing/quality assurance and deployment
  • Encourage open communication with business partners, actively listening to concerns, providing clear explanations, and fostering a collaborative environment to ease the transition during change management
  • Provide advisory support to business partners on email capabilities
  • Lead education sessions to help teach various teams and grow Wealth Management’s digital literacy
  • This includes proactively educating Digital Message capabilities, email best practices and related new processes
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge
  • Champion continuous advancement of email features, process improvements, and automation capabilities to optimize customer experience and internal/external workflows
  • Conduct A/B tests to experiment with subject lines, email layouts, and creatives to drive increases in open and click-through rates
  • Establish and maintain email best practices while adhering to Wealth Management brand standards

    Senior Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Digital Messaging/Email Campaign Delivery - Mandatory Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • 3+ years of related experience – specifically in email marketing
  • Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email creation
  • Ability to organize multiple deadlines and perform a variety of tasks concurrently and efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management
  • Knowledge of privacy laws, CASL/CAN-SPAM/GDPR
