An award winning, Multidisciplinary consultancy that have recently transferred all of their Architectural staff from Leicester to Solihull (200 capacity office), have opened up an interesting BIM position that would suit an individual ideally coming from a mixed background crossing over between the Architectural/ Engineering world.
They employ over 1200 people across the UK. and a priority hire for them currently if to source a Digital Engineering Training Specialist, which will provide the opportunity to develop and deliver the strategy for upskilling our disciplines in the use of BIM software and processes. As a member of our Digital Engineering Group, this role will provide a unique opportunity to raise the report on and raise the BIM capabilities of our multi-disciplinary teams across the business.

• Develop strategies for benchmarking and raising BIM capability across all levels of seniority
• Delivery of training on BIM software and processes including;
• Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP)
• Autodesk Civil3D
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM Collaborate Pro)
• ISO19650 Standards and Process
• Develop training material including guidance notes and videos
• Report on progress and coverage of the training programme
• Frequently travel to other Ridge offices as part of the upskilling programme
• Delivery of training on other software (desirable, not essential) such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Recap, Dynamo, Di-Roots, MS Power BI, A-Site
• Engage with external training providers around specialist training subjects
• Support the Digital Engineering Group with broader strategic objectives
