Deloitte Consulting has a career opportunity for a Digital Finance Implementation Leader with Experience Leading Data Centric Finance Transformation projects based in Dublin or Cork.
This is a challenging and fulfilling opportunity with the potential to develop your range of skills significantly. You will be a key member of client service teams helping companies utilise their valuable data resources through effective use of the right technology, backed by a clear vision and strong executive sponsorship to influence finance strategy and operations, information strategy, business intelligence and performance management. We value problem solving skills, adaptability, strong communication skills and the ability to remain logical in ambiguous situations.
About the role:

Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver and manage finance transformation projects in one or more of the following areas:

• Finance Performance Management and Analytics
• Designing and implementing reporting and analytics solutions across the finance function
• Developing strategies and plans for financial reporting and analytics solutions
• Leading end-user report and data visualisation development, from requirements gathering to design, build, test and deployment
• Providing quality advice to clients based on experience and leading industry practice
• Advising finance teams on the adoption of Artificial Intelligence to enhance finance processes
• Project management and business development

About you:

• A seasoned team leader who can juggle client management and team leadership
• Prior consulting experience in finance performance management, or significant roles in large scale finance reporting transformation projects in industry is essential
• Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or other accounting qualification, and a strong academic record
• Preferred Finance analytics design and implementation experience: Experience in SQL, Advanced Excel, Experience with a data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or Looker) & SAP Reporting Implementations
• Extensive post-qualification experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical
• Ability to effectively balance several tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables
• A passion for finance technology and continuous learning
