- Lead the analysis of key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making across the e-commerce division.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and forecasting exercises to guide inventory management, product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, providing timely and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Manage financial analysis related to e-commerce operations, ensuring profitability targets are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create dynamic dashboards that effectively communicate complex insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics, applying knowledge to enhance forecasting accuracy and commercial planning efforts
