Description:
Nationwide’s website and app play a critical role in our business. As a key member of the Digital Analytics team, you will be the /go-to expert for help accessing and interpreting data to enable the measurement, optimisation, and personalisation of our digital journeys.

For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you’ll spend 40% of your working time, at our Swindon or London office. ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking an organised and proactive professional with experience in:
- Digital Analytics: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
- Effective Communication: Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively across different organisational levels.
- Time Management: Handle conflicting priorities and organise workloads.
It would be a bonus if you had:
- API Integration: Familiarity with integrating systems using APIs.
- CDP Technology: Exposure to Customer Data Platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Empowering Self-Service: Enabling data and insight self-service throughout the organisation.
- Feature development: supporting the launch of new digital functionality.
- Training: Provide training to groups and individuals.
- Relationship Building: building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Data Quality Assurance: Testing, auditing, and maintaining our digital analytics to ensure data accuracy.
- CDP Implementation: Support the implementation of our new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and personalisation initiatives.
