We have a fantastic opportunity for a Smart Tech/Printer Installation Engineer to join our Commercial team! Based out of our Cheltenham head office, this role offers the chance to work directly with a diverse range of clients across the UK and occasionally in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Typically working as a 2-man crew to deliver, install, setup, collect, and relocate various Smart Technology and Managed Print products including digital display signage/screens, media equipment, metal work enclosures/brackets for digital displays, printers/photocopiers and many other tech products to clients across the country and occasionally Ireland.
  • Install media screen bracketry/framework onto walls using tools provided.
  • Respond to service call outs to replace damaged or broken screens and media equipment.
  • Provide cover for the workshop engineer by setting up & configuring Smart Tech products and printers as and when instructed by your line manager.
  • Follow the paperwork and daily schedule provided by your line manager and ensure equipment returns forms and delivery notes are scanned in at the end of each day.
  • Carry out site surveys as and when instructed by your line manager.
  • Produce training guides and videos for end users where and when appropriate utilising products within Commercial HQ.
