Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Digital Learning Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our digital learning initiatives, supporting the development, revision, and delivery of engaging learning materials. Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you’ll ensure our content is effective, innovative, and aligned with the University’s priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learning Development: Support the creation of engaging online learning and assessment approaches for Curtin employees.
- Content Curation: Work with stakeholders to identify learner needs and develop tailored content.
- Platform Management: Administer and maintain digital communication platforms, including intranet pages, emails, newsletters, surveys, and reports.
- LMS Support: Assist with content and digital learning tools on the Curtin LMS, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Daily Support: Provide daily support for digital learning tools and systems used by Curtin’s People and Culture team.
- Program Delivery: Assist in delivering online programs to targeted staff cohorts.
- Design and Implementation: Create templates and style guides according to University standards.
- Communications Support: Prepare communications and support materials for employee learning projects.
- Team Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships and maintain open communication within the team and across the University.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with University initiatives and monitor trends in employee learning needs.
