The role:
The Digital Manager supports the Digital Director for the relevant Clients in your account remit. You will be the account lead, living and breathing the brands while being the client-facing, go-to for day-to-day management.
We are seeking someone who is proficient in core media planning, buying and reporting tools:
Required -
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Analytics 4
Ideal -
Spectra SMD, GMP Platforms (SA360 & CM360), Google Looker Studio
In this role, you will work with a range of wonderful clients with support of a strong team of media professionals. You will work towards being a trusted guide for your team and your clients, helping them navigate the digital media ecosystem and build successful digital strategies that deliver business outcomes.

Core responsibilities:

  • You have a primary focus on supporting the Digital Director with the implementational planning across the total media landscape with a lean to digital.
  • Digital media planning & activation, responding to briefs, media partner management and negotiation
  • Digital media reporting & insights, and supporting the Digital Director with driving innovation within the digital strategy of our clients.
  • Client administration including WIPs, Contact Reports and Timeline Management
  • You will deliver best-in-class media planning (full channel view) with appropriate levels of proprietary and industry tools.
  • Execute this by trading and activating this media with a paid media digital performance lean

A bit about you:

  • A passion for QLD and fiercely proud of our wonderful state
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to present clearly and confidently
  • A solid understanding of planning, with a generalist understanding of brand planning, industry best practices and points of view
  • Skills in creating and building meaningful connections with clients, team members and media partners that generate trust and confidence
  • Strong end-to-end project management and time management skills
  • Proven experience in supporting, training, teaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Experience in overall budget management/forecasting of your clients
  • You will have a comprehensive understanding of the Australian media landscape with a digital and paid media (search and social) lean.
