Introduction :
As a Digital Manufacturing Analyst , you will support in the definition and alignment of digital aspirations among Fab leadership. In this role you will support in the collaboration, consolidation, refinement, and refreshment of Butterfly portfolio of use cases (source: bottom-up, outside in). You will report to the Digital Strategy Snr Manager and develop the strategies in setting up the approaches (ideation, prioritization, PoC, Scale-up readiness, Scaling and sustain) and operationalize.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters in engineering , computer science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Certification in project management, strategic management, or related field

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy development, project management, consulting roles within the manufacturing industry or Fab operations .
• Strong understanding of digital manufacturing technologies, including AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, and Automation.
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Fab leade rs.
• Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
