Here’s the role
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for achieving our digital sales goals by optimizing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns. With an emphasis on analytical skills and strategic thinking, this position will implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and maximize conversions. The analyst will utilize data analysis, market research, and digital tools to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve marketing initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategies to increase online revenue and maximize conversions.
  • Interpret data to uncover insights into consumer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and analyzing ROI for optimal budget allocation.
  • Optimization of digital marketing campaigns, incorporating data from internal sources with Google Analytics and other platforms to facilitate the optimization.
  • Manage the digital marketing agency relationship to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to implement CRO initiatives, such as A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and content optimization.

Your must haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital marketing analyst or similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics and Ads, SEO, and SEM. Google certifications a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
