DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYTICS MANAGER CENTRAL & EAST EUROPE (D/F/M)

For our Business Unit Consumer Goods Region Central & Eastern Europe with a focus on Germany, Romania, and Hungary we are searching for a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager to support our team as soon as possible in Mannheim.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Analytics within Region Central & Eastern Europe : Work in an international team with focus on Germany, Romania, and Hungary. Collaborate with Global & European Digital Teams and represent the Region within Global / European Analytics/Data projects.
- 1st Party Data Strategy and Infrastructure : Ensuring robust data tagging, tracking and governance across MarTech platforms, while also managing the CDP integration and data connectivity.
- Artificial intelligence : Be an active part within the Essity AI-Initiatives and Workgroups. Support the team in implementing the CG EMEA AI-Roadmap initiatives to Region Central & East.
- Analyze Marketing Data : Evaluate data from various consumer touchpoints (website, social media, search, newsletters, etc.) based on KPIs.
- Standardized Reports : Develop, automize and maintain reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for consumer journey optimization. Consolidate analytics insights across Central & East Europe and providing learnings & recommendation for further improvement.
- Agency Collaboration : Manage tagging and data transfer with agency partners for data-driven media optimization.
