Join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager and dive into an exciting role where you’ll lead dynamic campaigns across diverse platforms and markets. You’ll collaborate with Senior Managers to craft cutting-edge digital marketing strategies in B2C and B2B environments across Europe and US markets to drive business and revenue growth.
Creating impactful content and developing Starship’s voice across multiple platforms, your creativity and expertise will take Starship to the next level.
This position can be based in Estonia, Finland, the UK, or Germany, with the flexibility to support US marketing efforts and work in the US timezone as needed. We don’t offer relocation for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Senior Managers to design and implement digital marketing strategies for B2C and B2B markets in Europe and US
- Integrating digital marketing with traditional techniques to create multi-platform campaigns
- Analyzing data to optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, and supporting Starship partners in enhancing their strategies
- Managing and updating the Starship website to drive traffic and maintain the company’s image
- Developing and overseeing social media platforms, ensuring consistency and addressing issues
- Creating high-quality digital assets and video content, tailored for various platforms
- Coordinating external communications and supporting events to enhance Starship’s presence
- Maintaining stock materials and exploring new methods, including AI support, to improve efficiency
