SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience covering various digital marketing tasks, in-house or agency side.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms and willingness to upskill where required
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and other PPC advertising platforms across search engines and social media.
  • Proven track record in developing data-driven campaigns that yield measurable ROI and contribute to long-term brand recognition.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud or similar, CRM systems, and HTML/CSS coding for email templates.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams to align on digital marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ability to mentor junior members and confidently educate those unfamiliar with digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Extremely organised and with an excellent eye for detail to identify and prevent errors.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing and Communications Manager for the Corporate Marketing team at Savills Middle East. In this role you will be responsible for managing our online presence, optimising our regional websites for search engines (SEO), executing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, and overseeing other digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, as required. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
The candidate will interact with various service line and country businesses to understand the requirements and challenges experienced with digital channels such as websites, portals, EDMs, digital brochures etc. and deliver viable solutions in coordination with internal and external, regional and global teams.
Within the Marketing team, the role will work in collaboration with a group of key stakeholders such as corporate and residential marketing, PR and content, graphic design, CRM, and social media. It will also extend to supporting digital marketing strategies for commercial projects for exclusive clients when needed.
This role is for someone open minded with an appetite to learn and a has solution-driven personality.
