Description:

At Zoetis Animal Health we are looking for a marketer that will lead our commercial organization to and through a successful digital transformation.
In this newly established role, our Nordic Digital Marketing and Data Analytics Manager is analyzing and acting on data when planning, executing, and following up on digital marketing activities.
You provide a strong balance between defining the digital strategy and guiding marketing colleagues, while applying data analytics and digital capabilities to grow our business within Animal Health.
You never lose the customer journey out of sight, and you focus on the omnichannel processes to maximize digital interaction with customers, customer acquisition (sign up) and sales lead generation.
You have a clear drive to make a change, and you know what it takes to get everyone on board.

EDUCATION AND MERITORIOUS EXPERIENCE.

  • Higher education in the marketing or management field is preferred.
  • Extensive work experience from multinational organisation (preferably biotek or pharma) or alternatively from a marketing agency servicing customer within the industry.
  • Be familiar with digital (commercial) processes and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google analytics.
  • Danish and a good command of English language. Another Nordic language (SE, NO, FI) is an asset.
  • Feels at ease in tools & systems, but also knows the processes behind.
  • Is familiar with marketing automation software, CRM and CMS systems etc.

This position is based out of Zoetis Animal Health office at Østerbro Copenhagen.
You might be requested to travel ad hoc when relevant to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, adapt, and implement International, regional, and Country specific marketing initiatives and projects in line with Business Units (BU) strategies and Cooperate Key Account Strategic Initiatives.
  • Develop and execute brand’s online strategies including online media and creative execution according to overall budget.
  • Work with Product Managers (PM) to project lead on content, targeting and campaign execution.
  • Develop metrics, analyze, and evaluate Return on Investment on various channels.
  • Work closely with commercial Student Assistant to select, define, and integrate analytical sources and tools to enable the BUs´ data driven decision processes.
  • Coordinate across BUs and work streams to ensure alignment and eliminate overlaps.
  • Collaborate, develop, and share best practices in channel execution across markets.
  • Ensure integration of and with tools and systems.
  • Develop training/education and change management, to enable channel use by Customer and Business Unit teams (PMs, SMs and AMs)
  • Stay up to date with all (digital) evolutions within the market, and help the organization adopt tools in the digital space.
