Located in a renovated Grade II listed former Barracks, the clinic offers a serene setting for high-quality, personalised healthcare. Led by experienced Orthopaedic Consultants from MSK Doctors, the clinic provides comprehensive services for bone, joint, and muscle conditions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a junior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, guided by our CMO. You will work closely with the team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and analyse campaign performance.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for two Digital Marketing Apprentices with MSK Doctor, a Medical Practice based in Grantham.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Create and manage content for website, blog posts, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Proficient in social media management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Experience of creating and using video for social media.

FINE DETAILS:

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing graduate to oversee marketing and public relations at our medical clinic in Grantham, Sleaford. We are looking for someone to grow new leads and optimise our current marketing practices.

SKILLS:

• Proficient using Adobe or other video editing software.
• Proficient in AI content production, specifically written and video content.
• Preferred working knowledge of SEO.
• Preferred experience using Wix.
• Preferred experience in graphic design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good time management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

• Build and manage the company’s social media profile and presence (including assisting with a new TikTok platform and video generation).
• Run regular promotions and campaigns and track their success.
• Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog.
• Optimising content for search engines and lead generation.
• Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives.
• Create content regularly to grow the company’s footprint.
• Help bring new ideas for design and content creation.
• Video creation and editing for social media is a key requirement.
