Description:

Global Hola, a startup global outsourcing company specializing in remote talent acquisition for small businesses worldwide, is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the marketing team to assist in drafting blog posts, conducting keyword research, managing social media platforms, and engaging with the audience to drive growth and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns and gain valuable experience in the outsourcing industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficient in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and familiarity with tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, hashtag strategies, and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule social media posts on our social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research and use appropriate hashtags to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
  • Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement metrics.

Content Creation:

  • Assist in drafting blog posts related to outsourcing, small business management, entrepreneurship, startup strategies, and relevant topics under the guidance of the team.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and visuals using templates and fresh ideas.
  • Coordinate with designers if necessary for graphic assets.

Engagement and Community Building:

  • Proactively engage with the audience, foster community growth, and encourage interactions.
  • Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing brand visibility and engagement.

Keyword Research and Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and social media platforms.
  • Use relevant keywords, tags, and metadata to improve content visibility and reach.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for content optimization.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media analytics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing content and improving engagement based on data analysis.
