QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in B2B content marketing and digital marketin
  • Exceptional proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, including content creation, audience targeting, social selling and analytics.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving measurable results through digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this full-time role demands a proactive professional with a flair for B2B content marketing and a deep understanding of LinkedIn as a channel to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will drive our clients’ organic and paid marketing efforts, focusing on LinkedIn thought leadership, content creation, and campaign management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute B2B content marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Craft compelling, audience-specific content for various digital channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and email.
  • Have a good eye for social post design and be able to utilise tools such as Canva to create engaging visuals
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from concept ideation to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with broader communication strategies.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to build thought leadership, expand networks, and generate leads for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B digital marketing, communications and content marketing.
