Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing and Content Specialist is an exciting opportunity in our Digital and Customer Campaigns team based at our Perth CBD offices.
The purpose of the role is to support the wider Customer Marketing team in delivering key business objectives and driving customer engagement via effective, digital campaigns leveraging owned and 3rd party channels.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Support the digital lead in the roll out of the customer-facing digital roadmap
- Wireframe and publish content across all digital channels using Synergy’s CMS system
- Facilitate and manage key optimisation strategies, campaign activities and leverage 3rd party relationships to drive an uplift in online services and reduce cost to serve
- Support the digital team in developing and executing emails and journeys.
- Develop detailed content briefs and work with external partners such as copywriters and designers to develop content in a range of formats including written content, imagery, graphics and video to help build a genuine connection with Synergy’s audience.
