DOING RIGHT BY PEOPLE – IT’S WHAT WE DO

Payworks develops proprietary, integrated SaaS-based products in the payroll, human resources and time and attendance space. We create, deploy and maintain our own solutions. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator with Payworks, you will help to maintain our corporate brand by collaborating on marketing campaigns, developing digital content and generally supporting our digital marketing team’s operations. To support the broader business, you will collaborate with some talented folks, including those specializing in back-end development, copywriting, social, video and design (among others), to coordinate and contribute to project deliverables associated with our online marketing strategies. This role offers plenty of opportunities to flex your creative skills and make a real impact on how our story reaches the right audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Share big, creative ideas – You will have the opportunity to identify and propose new opportunities for the Marketing team to pursue. Research competitors as well current industry and competitive trends to help inform strategy development and ensure the efficacy of tactics in market. Your insights will directly contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, websites, email and other platforms.
  • Engage and convert – Collaborate with subject matter experts to help us generate interest, convert contacts and educate our current customers on all we have to offer through high-quality content for digital channels. Additionally, you will monitor social media channels, respond to comments, schedule posts and analyze metrics to improve performance.
  • Play with cool tech – Your interest in learning marketing technologies will be well supported. We have some of the best marketing solutions around! You will work closely with our copywriters to optimize content for the web, taking SEO, UX and accessibility into consideration, and implement it directly into our CMS. You will also get comfortable making updates to image templates in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, amongst other platforms.
  • Story tell with analytics – Monitoring our CRM, social media, ad platforms and Google Analytics to analyze trends, you will be equipped to report on the growth, changes in tactics and overall performance of campaigns to various stakeholders. We adapt as data presents and will lean on you to ensure campaign deliverables and project updates are delivered timely and accurately, meta data is tracked and documented consistently and changes to ad content or bidding are implemented and refreshed as needed.
