Digital Marketing Coordinator
As the digital marketing coordinator at Claridge Homes, this position will play a crucial role in the success of the company’s marketing efforts. They will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate tasks and ensure that all initiatives are carried out efficiently and effectively. It is important for a digital marketing coordinator to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Duties

  • Coordinating the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Visiting various sites including our housing developments, rental buildings and retirement homes to gather content (photo and video) for social media.
  • Develop marketing materials such as website content, emails, social media posts and print media.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and property management, to ensure that marketing efforts align with company goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing support to the marketing manager, as needed.
  • Assisting in budget management and planning for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
  • Optimizing website content to drive organic traffic to our website.

Skills/Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience working in
  • Canva/Adobe Suites to produce video and static content.
  • Graphic Design
  • Working with a team to gather and create content for social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable working with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads (Pay per click advertising)
  • Experience conducting keyword research.
  • Utilizing tools such as Moz and SpyFu to uncover opportunities for SEO improvements.
