Could This Be For You?:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator (prefer candidates from Austin, TX, Alpharetta, GA, Reno, NV or South Bend, IN) provides support with tradeshow and conference coordination and operations across multiple business units. Plan, execute, and optimize Hanger presence at national medical conferences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering impactful engagement within the healthcare industry and our partners nationwide.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with Marketing / Professional Education Leadership team, National Tradeshow Manager and other stakeholders to define the strategy and event requirements.
  • Research and present concepts and tradeshow marketing tactics to the team for feedback
  • Manage the exhibit registration, abstract research and submission guidelines, and ICU event space as needed.
  • Communicate and arrange travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings as needed.
  • Support with promotion of the show through marketing channels, including digital, website event content, and social media planning.
  • Coordinate the logistical requirements asset and technology needs, catering services, and any additional ad-hoc activities while on-site.
  • Support in running the floor to ensure our participation throughout the event runs smoothly.
  • Ensuring team is following all guidelines as set forth by the association.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitor participation, and emerging opportunities to continually enhance the organization’s strategy.
  • Support in developing communication and dissemination plans to raise awareness internally of national participation and presence.
  • Support organization and distribution of leads to sales leads
  • Support with local and regional tradeshow strategy and requests as needed.
  • 25% travel to and from conference locations as assigned, shared with National Tradeshow Manager and others on the marketing team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing or Public Relations, or an applicable field.
  • 2+ years of event planning, hotel convention services management, and/or conference planning experience.

  • Ability to collaborate across various internal teams and external partners and contractors
  • Experience with management of food and beverage services, marketing and collateral development, venue oversight, and exhibit management for in-person events.
