DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR - INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge in paid media and digital platforms: Meta, Google Ads, tiktok ads, Google Analytics, dashboards or any data platform.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, considerable knowledge of customer service, proficient arithmetic skills and record keeping skills, strong word processing, and database skills, and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Exceland PowerPoint) and other PC software required.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Curios and a positive and “can do” attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of education.
  • 2 - 4 years of related work experience in digitalmarketing or project coordination.
  • Understanding of digitalmarketing campaigns, media plans and promotional activities
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). A third language will be highly favoured.
  • Strong digital business acumen: user-centric software development methodologies, web-based infrastructures and data analytics.
  • An ability to build strong internal relationships for enhanced collaboration and engage others through strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Cirque du Soleil digital ecosystem to set up ad accounts, dashboards and create audiences, tracking and follow best practices (Google Analytics, CM 360, DV 360, SA 360).
  • Track key elements (e.g., data usage, reporting processes, platform optimization) for the effective deployment of the digital strategy.
  • You will design, develop and launch new reports on business needs and performance to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the executive team. Update information for weekly digital reports for multiple markets and seasonal campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Implement and resolve issues with marketing tags/pixels via Google Tag Manager.
  • Work closely with the digital agency to ensure all media channels are tracked accordingly and all tags and pixels are activated at all stages of the booking journey.
  • Develop and execute an effective A/B testing strategy.
  • Create trackable links through the internal URL builder to ensure all channels and tactics are tracked on Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with our digital agencies to develop an effective media plan across multiple shows/projects.
  • Administer the financial process for the department including requesting/sending invoices and tracking payments, and overall digital budget coordination.
  • Support ad hoc requests for marketing information.
