Catalyst Solutions manages Hipo.ro, a career website focused on young professionals, students and graduates, but also the biggest career events: Angajatori de Top, Top Talents, Dev Talks, EBcon, The Most Desired Employers Survey, Finance Recruitment Day, Employersand#39; Guide, Virtual Career Fair for Graduates.
We have the privilege of working with some of the most well-known companies in the world: Coca-Cola HBC Romania, ING Romania, Microsoft, KPMG, EY Romania, Vodafone Romania, BCR, HP, Bergenbier, Hilti, Unilever, Lidl, Cognizant Softvision, Pandamp;G, Land#39;Oreal.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clear, persuasiveandnbsp;and original content for social media, newsletters and content on Hipo.ro;
• Willing to create and participate in video content for Facebook Reels and TikTok;
• Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing awareness about Catalyst Solutions projects;
• Implement the promo campaign for our recruitment projects, using a mix of specialized tools and channels;
• Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to ascertain when campaigns are successful or need to be changed;

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism,Public Relation or another related field strongly preferred;
• Good writing, proofreading and editing skills;
• Functional experience with all channels of Social Media or Newsletter
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task
• A friendly and engaging personality
• Self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy
• Advanced English (writing and speaking)

Nice to have: Atelierul Digital - Google AdWords Certificate or other courses/trainings related to marketing, digital marketing, social media and so on.andnbsp;

• The internship is paid;
• No. of openings: 1; The start of the program will be immediately;
• Duration: a 6 months internship with the possibility to get a permanent job in the team;
• You will work 3 days at the office - central location (Piata Romana);
