Due to company growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our head office team in Mortimer. This a new position, therefore you will be comfortable working in a lone role and will be given the opportunity to use your expertise and make your mark in an organisation that is committed to improving the lives of children and young people!
WHO WE ARE?
Amegreen Children’s Services specialise in therapeutic residential children’s care and education. We currently have beautiful homes set in rural West Berkshire where we offer a warm welcome to vulnerable children aged 5 years old to 18 years old. All our homes are rated “Good” and “Outstanding” by Ofsted and we take pride in the outcomes we provide for young people.
Amegreen care for some of the most vulnerable and complex young people in society and recognize that they need skilled therapeutic intervention to help them build positive and nurturing relationships. All of our homes are located with plenty of space to grow, thrive and learn through play.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation while also having great analytical skills.
- Experienced in researching and developing online marketing strategies using the latest market trends and data.
- Tracked and measured SEO & Google Analytics metrics, website performances and other user engagement to facilitate reactive trading and strategic planning.
- Effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with internal & external partners.
- Work efficiently within a highly fast-paced environment.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude.
- Organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives across Amegreen Children’s Services. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and design campaigns. By leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide tailored and therapeutic environments for some of the most vulnerable children in society.
KEY DUTIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Manage and develop our social media channels; email marketing, content marketing and digital advertising.
- Develop and implement a compelling marketing strategy.
- Compose and refine the company promotional materials, both in print and digital formats, including website maintenance.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging a mix of digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing methods to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
