As Digital Marketing manager, B2B, at Belmond, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s B2B marketing efforts to new heights. You will be the catalyst behind establishing our global digital presence, ensuring seamless alignment with our brand messaging, calendar, and commercial objectives. With your expertise in innovative and cutting-edge digital strategies, you will unlock the full potential of our B2B marketing, fueling exponential growth and propelling our brand to even greater success.

REQUIREMENTS

What you Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in web optimization and development to enhance online presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective customer journeys.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and a solid understanding of customer data management.
  • Proven expertise in managing budgets effectively.
  • Previous experience in people management.
  • Creative expertise and content development skills, including exceptional writing, editing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create visually appealing content.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, and email marketing systems.
  • A strong focus on commercial goals and results, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Responsys and/or CoreMedia will be highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies targeted at the B2B audience.
  • Analyse web traffic, user behaviour, and optimize webpages to maximize revenue generation.
  • Build and nurture a strong B2B social media community, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling B2B copy for travel professionals to effectively communicate our offerings.
  • Implement and manage a calendar of B2B campaigns and content across all channels.
  • Monitor and report on digital activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Efficiently manage allocated marketing budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and enhance results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
