YOUR MISSION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving funnel growth at all stages through effective digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
As our ideal candidate, you have a strong background in digital marketing within the life sciences or biotechnology sectors.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and digital design (both third-party and in-house) to create inspiring content while keeping a healthy eye on data analytics. Prior experience with genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, or spatial biology is a plus.
The role can be based in the US, our office in Mohnheim am Rhein, Germany or remotely in the Netherlands!

Responsibilities:

Digital strategy development for product launch:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and target key audience segments within the spatial biology community.
  • Measure and improve on agreed-upon quarterly growth KPIs.

Campaign management:

  • Create persuasive digital and visual content for all stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and own the digital content calendar in Airtable.

Content creation and management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and scientifically accurate content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, podcasts, and videos.
  • Manage the company’s website and social media channels to ensure they are regularly updated with relevant and engaging content.

Social media and community engagement:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build strong relationships.
  • Drive the engagement in our customer-focused webpages and internal software (Recognize™).

Data analysis and reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies, tactics, and language to customers.
  • Integrate tools into broader applications like SharePoint, Airtable, and Salesforce.

Partnerships and collaborations:

  • Identify key opinion leaders, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate collaborative marketing efforts and co-branded initiatives.
  • Track and maintain understanding of top 5 competitor messaging and tactics

Budget management:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and stay within budget.
  • Create and maintain vendor relationships and contracts.
