EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Track record of delivery on multiple fronts in a fast-moving business.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MsC or advanced degree is advantageous
  • Strong results from similar areas of responsibility
  • Proven good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage, execute & develop our digital marketing capabilities
  • Develop a strong digital marketing toolbox, continuously seek improvements
  • Innovate our campaign and digital media buy strategies to improve efficiency
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that encompass SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies that boost ROI and ROAS
  • Oversee the creation of compelling digital content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. Collaborate with content creators and external agencies to produce effective assets.
  • Work closely with tech team Norse Coders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously innovate and implement new strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.
  • Analyse multiple data points to craft seamless, industry-leading digital marketing journeys that integrate media and our own channels. Ensure a consistent and personalized customer experience across all touchpoints.
