ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and digital marketing skills to lead our digital and acquisition marketing function.
You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and ongoing management of HIF’s e-commerce platform (hif.com.au) and digital acquisition marketing.
This role is initially a 12-month fixed-term appointment (August 2024 to August 2025) with potential to extend on future projects.

HERE ARE SOME CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES THAT SIT WITH THIS POSITION;

  • Strategic and Operational Planning: Develop and lead online acquisition strategies, sales targets, and the overall digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Policy and Target Setting: Establish and maintain policy targets for digital and social media marketing.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the progress and performance of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Website Management: Ensure hif.com.au meets the needs of members and prospects, optimising its functionality and user experience.
  • Social Media Optimisation: Continuously enhance HIF’s social media channels with engaging and compliant content.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research and report on competitor digital activities, recommending appropriate actions.
  • Sales and Promotions: Optimise media spend, SEO, SEM, and other digital advertising efforts to meet sales targets and enhance conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage direct reports, ensuring team skills, experiences, and resources align with business objectives, fostering satisfaction, productivity, and effective succession management.
