Description:

As Lurkit’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies, focusing on optimizing online channels to increase brand presence and generate leads.
Your role will encompass overseeing various digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media management, PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns, and online advertising. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of online advertising platforms and true experience gaming.
You’ll work with a team of specialists but it is expected that you have an equally good understanding of each individual initiative and can work hand-ons in those work streams.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in Google and Meta ad platforms.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, PPC campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to drive campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and generate leads from both Organic and Paid channels
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Plan and execute targeted PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Work with the Content Marketing, Social and Community team to drop engaging content in paid social media channels, driving user engagement and fostering community growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, continually seeking opportunities to enhance Lurkit’s online presence and drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and brand identity.
