We are looking for a results-oriented, hands-on and analytical Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Digital team. As the go-to Digital person in the company, you will be at the heart of all digital marketing activities. The website is the most important source to generate leads and therefore needs constant optimization.
You will report to the Director Digital. On a daily base, you will work hand in hand with the Marketing team as well as external agencies.
The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do mentality, with strong analytical skills. You have experience in an international, multi-cultural B2B environment, and are a creative problem solver. You base decisions on customer insights and market data and have a high analytical flair.

Responsibilities:

  • Passion for the online world
  • Highly organised, hands-on, detail oriented and able to prioritise requests under time pressure
  • Strong analytical brain, with quick ability to act and optimize on the insights
  • Sense of urgency, flexibility to adapt plans and take action. Preference for a busy atmosphere where every day is different
  • Fluent English language skills. German, French and Spanish are a plus
  • 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Experience with relevant tools: CMS tools, ideally Wordpress, Google Analytics, other tracking tools
