Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Paid Search, Shopping, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Social and Display channels and a significant Paid Media budget.
  • Be fully aware of daily performance across all channels with the digital marketing team.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5, including 2 Specialists, 2 coordinators and an intern, ensuring clear prioritization, appropriate resourcing and supporting their ongoing development.
  • Manage our Digital Marketing agencies, ensuring daily alignment on investment strategy, regular reporting, QBR’s & market intelligence.
  • Work closely with Brand, Design, Analytics, CRM & Retail teams across both the EU and North America offices to ensure activity is aligned where appropriate and to meet broader business objectives.
  • Produce Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting to clearly articulate performance, reasons for results and action plans, with a laser focus on driving efficiency of marketing spend.
  • Research, develop and test new routes to market, from new creative and messaging formats to new social platforms.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce and Finance teams to own and manage spend and traffic forecasting, ensuring strategic alignment of goals, scenario planning, spend & return optimization allocation.
  • Maintain up to date industry knowledge including the latest in privacy regulations and their impact in Digital Marketing, such as CAPI’s, consent mode and 3rd party cookie deprecation.
