Description:

Morgan McKinley are partnered exclusively with fast-growing firm with both a jewellery subsidiary and a betting subsidiary, who are hiring for a unique, newly created Digital Marketing Manager role supporting both businesses.
Salary £65-75,000 base salary+ uncapped bonus potential!
Kindly note this role is 5 days per week in their central London office

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A track record of at least 3 years in digital marketing, demonstrating proficiency in managing substantial budgets and achieving ROAS goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing practices, with a keen understanding of affiliate programs.
  • Experience optimizing product feeds to maximize performance.
  • Advanced familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:

  • Crafting, fine-tuning, and optimizing campaigns across diverse platforms such as Google Ads and Meta to achieve desired ROAS objectives.
  • Cultivating and nurturing affiliate relationships to expand our network and bolster revenue streams.
  • Overseeing digital campaigns, meticulously analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Enhancing website performance metrics, including organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to enhance user experiences and facilitate lead generation.
  • Conducting exhaustive keyword research and implementing on-page optimization strategies to boost website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Designing and executing email marketing initiatives, employing A/B testing methodologies to refine our approach.
  • Compiling and presenting comprehensive monthly reports to key stakeholders.
