DESCRIPTION:

What Awaits You…
The Digital Marketing Specialist – Acquisition will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to drive our customer acquisition strategy across all digital channels.
Get ready for a thrilling ride as you craft top-tier campaigns aimed at slashing CPC and boosting ROI to meet our acquisition targets.
Each day will involve a range of digital marketing disciplines, tackling tasks like:
Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise campaigns to dive down cost-per-acquisition across paid search, display, and paid social channels
Reviewing performance data and develop strategies to increase enquiries across regional & metro markets
Delivering regular insights and analysis for the Marketing department
Juggling and optimising multiple lead generation channels
Teaming up with our Creative team to amplify content visibility and drive engagement
Collaborating closely with the digital team to put the customer journey front and center in our acquisition strategies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential Skills for Success
A passion to support unemployed Australians to connect with services that will move them into sustainable employment
Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns – specifically Google Ads, Facebook and Tik Tok
Proven track record in developing, deploying, managing, and reporting on various ad types
Analytical and strategic thinker
Ability to work in fast paced environment, think on your feet and get things done
Demonstrated commercial and marketing acumen, delivering tangible results and ROI
Proven capability in managing multiple stakeholders and projects, both internal and external
Self-motivated and proactive attitude, adept at working across various projects autonomously
Value-Add Experience & Qualification
3-5 years total digital marketing experience
Proficiency in PPC, SEO, Display, and Paid Social Channels
Salesforce CRM
Oracle Eloqua Marketing automation
Experience in a NFP environment
Strong project management and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications related fields
