POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our online marketing initiatives, across our E-Commerce channels. Through global collaboration, we aim to provide a seamless end- to-end customer experience for our loyal membership base.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our digital presence and enhancing the online shopping experience for our members. We are seeking a proactive, creative person who can take ownership of their responsibilities and find creative solutions to building our brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for E-Commerce and digital marketing that also understands the importance of collaboratively sharing and working with a broader team to achieve excellent customer journeys and build a loyal member base within a competitive E-Commerce landscape.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role with experience in digital strategy, marketing concepts and best
  • Demonstrated E-Commerce enthusiast with proven experience in the B2C
  • Experience with E-Commerce platforms (SAP Hybris, Shopify or similar etc) along with customer engagement platforms (eg. SAP Emarys)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, WebTrends etc)
  • Skills and experiences in creative content
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • A can-do, positive and curious attitude is
  • Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a dynamic and fast paced
  • If successful, you will be required to undertake role & department specific training within specified timeframes

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building digital marketing strategies, which coincides with the overall business
  • Actively involved with keyword research, SEO and image
  • Produce SEO-optimised content that resonates with our audience and
  • Manage the planning, execution and distribution of all E-Commerce promotional email
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website, where
  • Collaborate with designers and content specialists to improve the user
  • Execute day to day tactics that increase conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis across the website and app.
  • Analyse and measure digital marketing campaigns using web analytic
  • Stay ahead of market trends, to strengthen the brand and build awareness in the e-commerce
  • Plan & collaborate with designers to execute online-related A/B
  • Work closely with other teams like Buying, Marketing, Operations and Depots to improve performance and foster
