We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist on a full time basis to cover Maternity leave. You will be the heartbeat of our online presence. You’ll manage our social media platforms, create eye-catching content using tools like Canva, and oversee our email marketing campaigns.
Additionally, you’ll create collateral to support our product and sales teams including creating PowerPoint presentations. While you don’t need to be a graphic designer, your keen eye for design and understanding of our brand guidelines will help you craft engaging and consistent content that resonates with our audience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring content is on-brand, engaging, and posted regularly.
  • Content Creation: Working with the Content Manager, use tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other digital content to support and facilitate demand generation.
  • Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and send email campaigns using our email marketing software. Ensure campaigns are targeted, and aligned with our marketing goals.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Design and create professional PowerPoint presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Collateral: Develop various sales collateral, including webinars, playbooks, flyers, and one-pagers, to assist the sales team in their engagement efforts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns. Use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, training and product development, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing campaign plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Creativity: An eye for design and the ability to create compelling visual content that captures our brand’s essence.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • A portfolio of previous work or examples of social media/content creation.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across all digital content.
  • Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral.
